I’m so excited to finally be offering prenatal yoga for our community -a space created just for you and your growing baby.

Prenatal yoga is more than movement- it’s a space to feel supported, informed, and connected to your changing body and baby 🤍

In class we focus on gentle, safe movement and breathwork to help you feel calm, confident, and prepared for labour. You’ll learn how to work with your breath to release tension, manage discomfort, and build trust in your body- both now and on birth day.

This is also a space to connect with other expecting parents, ask questions, and feel held in community during such a special season of life.

All levels welcome. No yoga experience needed ✨

Not the most fun post to make, but we’ve have an extremely slow few weeks since our return from our winter break, the weather is always the cause and we get it! ! This weather hasn’t been fun to travel in!

If you find yourself free tomorrow and looking for something to do, we will have a bakery full of goods for you to choose from, and we would appreciate your business! We are open 9-6, and will have lots of almond croissants (pictured)!

Pastries, breads, soups, chicken pot pie, etc!

To my LaSalle community,

Since 2018, LaSalle has been the heart of my massage therapy practice. This community has supported me, trusted me, and allowed me the incredible honour of being part of your health and wellness journeys. Because of that, this message is not an easy one to share.

As of 2026, I have moved my practice full-time to the town of Comber. This decision was made with a lot of thought, reflection, and care; certainly not an easy one. LaSalle will always hold a very special place in my heart.

I am deeply excited about this next chapter. Comber has welcomed me warmly, and I would absolutely love to continue working with any of my LaSalle clients who feel called to make the drive. I promise it will be worth it.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your trust, your loyalty, and the privilege of supporting your health over the years. I am so grateful for each of you.
