We’re called to go within, yet feel pulled with an ever heightened sense of rush, duty, and outward “doing”.

Hi Lovelies - so sorry but I have to cancel tonight's Yoga from Home. My current "home" is down in Mexico and I am running into some tech issues I just can't correct in time!
Monday's Class is on though at 6:30!! We're exploring a beautiful heart centred restorative practice - right from your living room (or bedroom or office!).
We all know yoga in-person is always lovely - but I'm excited to bring the practice with you right into your homes. Opening opportunities to strengthen your home practice is an added bonus!.

This November, let’s slow down and come home to ourselves — to our breath, our body, to our full selves.

I hope you can join me - as we slow down and create a sanctuary right where we are. Candles, blankets, soft light, and the gentle rhythm of breath… a space to reunite with ourselves and return to what feels like home.
