learning that healing doesn’t always look like progress you can measure
sometimes it looks like sitting with yourself
like softening instead of pushing
like choosing peace even when your mind is loud
i used to think growth had to be loud and obvious
big changes, big wins, something i could point to and say “see, i’m better now”
but lately it’s been quieter than that
it’s in the way i speak to myself
in the way i let things go instead of gripping them until they hurt
in the way i’ve started to trust that i don’t need to have everything figured out to still be moving forward
there is a whole world inside of me
and for the first time, it feels like a place i want to stay
softness is not weakness
rest is not failure
and becoming doesn’t always have to be rushed
i am allowed to grow gently 🌿

So as some of you may know, I will be moving my home base back to alberta and saying goodbye to the island. Though this last year was an incredible adventure, Im very excited to start a brand new one. This adventure will definitely be a little different but as I wrap up one beautiful dream of mine, I get to start building another. I will be moving to some land and getting to build the life I have always dreamed of. Readings for the most part are still on a pause until after I get all moved (possibility of some exeptions lol) As for in person readings they will be on pause for the for see able future because of my broken leg. I will keep everyone updated as things move forward.

Hey everyone, just thought I would juno on here and let people know that reading will be on pause for a bit. Not sure when exactly I will be opening back up yet. I dislocated and broke my ankle and broke my leg last weekend. It will be a while before I can even sit up properly lol.
