“The best medicine you can bring for sadness is not joy. it is not telling them that they need to move on or get over it or realize how much worse things could be. no. the medicine for a spirit in mourning is tenderness. and warmth. and compassion. and connection. and presence. sit with someone in their grief and let them cry their ugly tears. do not shine and scurry grief away. they must walk through it. this is love. to abandon all that we think we know and be so full of grace that we are invited in to partake in someone else's darkest moments. what an honour it is to simply be a light. the antidote for sadness is love. it is always love.”

"You’re not responsible for anyone else’s healing, and you can’t walk their path for them. You can love them, but you can’t save them, no matter how much your heart aches for their pain."
(Tiny Buddha)

In the journey of life, each soul carries their own trials and triumphs, walking a path uniquely their own.
While you can extend love and support, you cannot carry the weight of another's healing process. Despite the ache in your heart for their struggles, genuine healing is a personal voyage that each must undertake independently.

Your role is one of empathy and companionship, offering comfort and understanding, yet you cannot be the sole source of their salvation.

Embrace the strength in simply being there, in lending an ear and a heart, recognizing that granting them the space to find their own inner light is often the most profound gift you can give.

Keep growing. Keep evolving. Life never asked you to stay small or silent. You were never meant to shrink to fit into someone else’s story, someone else’s comfort. You were meant to expand, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it hurts. Every heartbreak, every betrayal, every closed door was not the end of you, but the beginning of a deeper becoming. They weren’t punishments, they were invitations. To return to yourself. To remember your strength. To awaken to the truth that you are not here to merely survive, but to rise again and again, with grace, with fire, with purpose. Let the pain shape you, but never harden you. Let it teach you where your edges are, and then soften them with love. You are not broken. You are being remade. Trust the rhythm, the contraction before the expansion, the quiet before the clarity. You were always meant to become more. And you still are.

Because we often need reminders. 😊💕

We come here with nothing
And we leave with nothing.
From birth to death, everything
is a gift.
Each person that passes our way
friend or foe, each comes with the
gift of learning.
Learning how to love, learning how
to set boundaries and learning how
to let go.
Throughout our journey we develop
grace, empathy and acceptance
and we learn to let go of hate,
as it's too heavy to carry.
Our natural state is love.
We came through love and
we return to love ...

We are coming to the end of another unique year.
You have a couple of weeks left,
to let it all go.

Let go of worry, what will be will be.
Let go of regret, what’s done is done.
Let go of anger, it’s prolonging your pain.

Let it all go and make way.

You cant reach for the new, if your arms are full of yesterday’s baggage.

We can’t go back, my friends, but we can move on, lightly, without that load.

So...
Let it all go, set it all down.
It’s dragging you back.
And you're not going back,
You’re going forward.

So go forward, with peace.

You did what you did,
life gave what it gave,
and we are who we are.

March on…

Love first.
