💼 Your Role:
As our front desk lead, you will:
• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage bookings, follow-ups, and patient flow
• Answer phones and respond to emails in a polished, friendly tone
• Process payments and manage daily transactions
• Support clinic inventory (supplements, skincare, teas, etc.)
• Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming space
• Assist with social media and light admin as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in a clinic, medspa, or wellness setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with booking software (Vagaro is a plus)
• A genuine interest in naturopathic care and/or aesthetics
• Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Friendly demeanor with a polished, tidy appearance
