A big thank you to all my patients who make my work rewarding It’s been inspiring to see what you can all navigate and accomplish in a year. It’s a pretty cool job and I’m grateful my work brings me so much joy:)

Have been so busy working I haven’t had a chance to say hi! 👋
Schedule is pretty busy but come visit me before I take a well earned holiday break over late Dec/early January. I’ll post a January schedule up once I’m done at the end of next week.
What a joy it has been to work with all of my patients this year. I have the best job! ❤️

Hi September!! 👋🏻 That delicate transition month where all of a sudden things feel like they go full gas.
Routines are great for all of us - and I hope you enjoyed some summer break activities too.

Keeping up to speed on all my chart notes at the clinic requires summer fruit these days. A treat! Thanks to all my farmer patients in particular who work hard to produce the amazing products we know and love. 🍉

Yes the clinic is open tomorrow July 1st because sometimes that’s the only times some people can get into physiotherapy:) Still one spot open so pop yourself in if you’re needing an appointment. 🇨🇦

Summer is in full swing and so are all the summer sports. It’s so great to be able to access such amazing trails, and I’m thankful to those who maintain them - thanks trail builders UROC!
And if you’ve had some falls of your bike like maybe I have (🤦🏼‍♀️), I’m here to help! If you’ve hurt your bike though, best to see your local bike shop! We’re all just mechanics, doing our best:)

Ski season is about to wind down - we’ve had such a great year of snow - what a change from our year before. But those flowers and blooming and the dirt is starting to call our name. Thanks to Mount Washington Alpine Resort for a great season and maybe we all week out one more weekend of spring conditions with some possible ☀️ in the forecast? We’ll see:)
