Thinking about adding creatine to your routine? 💪 Here’s what you need to know!

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that helps supply energy for short bursts of high-intensity activity. It is a nitrogen-containing compound synthesized in the body from the amino acids arginine, glycine, and methionine. It’s one of the most studied supplements for supporting strength, power, and muscle recovery.

How to use it:
☆ Typical dose: 3–5g daily
☆ Optional loading phase: 20g/day split into 4 doses for 5–7 days
