The Core Exercise Studio We increase your quality of life utilizing Medical exercise to manage chronic pain.

Our Mission is to give individuals the knowledge and support to gain and maintain functionality to create a life worth living. We provide functional movement programs particularly for post-rehab and condition-based clients as well as anyone who wants to move better and take preventative measures from the wear and tear of everyday life. We have worked with a wide range of clients including those with neurological conditions or degenerative conditions to strength and conditioning. Our goal is to educate and help you gain body awareness through a combination of yoga, mobility, balance, strength, coordination and cardiovascular exercises necessary to improve the activities of daily living. Our main purpose is to create positive outcomes for you through our small, intimate-sized classes that help to achieve better knowledge and assistance from the trainer’s expertise. All programs offered at The Core Studio are medically approved and have been developed from protocols established through research by The American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals, whose mandate is to bridge the gap between the medical and the fitness community. We work in close contact with medical practitioners and Physical Therapists to ensure the proper and post-rehab care necessary for each individual. Regardless of whether you are recovering from a knee replacement at 70 or a meniscal repair as a competitive runner at 35 - there is an appropriate class meant to challenge you.

Spring is a time of renewal, and I’m excited to invite you to a 75-minute sound healing and yoga workshop on April 8th from 7:00-8:15 pm. Together, we’ll welcome the new season with breathwork, mindful movement, and sound healing to restore balance and energy.
