✨ Tonight was a magical evening under the open sky, sharing a sound bath with ten beautiful women. The night carried its own chorus—distant sounds, a soft breeze, the hum of the world around us.

What struck me was how those outside noises didn’t take away from the experience, but became part of it. When you let your mind expand to include them, they weave into the moment. And then, as the bowls sang and slowly faded, we all returned to that still point within ourselves—present, grounded, and connected.

It was a gift to sit in that circle of sound and presence together. 🌙

Almost seven years ago I took my singing bowl training in Nepal. I didn’t know then how much it would change me. At the time, I just wanted to learn. What I didn’t expect was to walk away with the ability to turn my neck again, to release pain I thought I’d always live with, and to feel myself open in ways I hadn’t imagined.

Since then, sound has woven itself into my life in the quietest, most powerful ways. Every time I share a session through Karuna, I’m reminded that this work isn’t just about bowls and tones — it’s about how deeply we can shift when we allow ourselves to listen, to rest, to receive.

I’m deeply grateful — for the practice, for the people who’ve trusted me with their healing, and for the way this path continues to transform me from the inside out.

It’s been a while ……. thank you for being here.

I had the honour and privilege of sharing the beauty and power of a sound bath this evening. The magic of this beautiful place is so profound; calming, embracing, inclusive. It is a warm hug on a cool fall day.

And within this beautiful space I was once again reminded of the wonder of life, that sometimes we don’t exactly know what we need until it arrives. The singing bowls always bring me back to myself and I am grateful for their presence.

Thank you Clea for sharing your beautiful space with a collective of powerful women. Magic I say, magic!!

It has been a week!!

I can’t wait to welcome clients on Tuesday and to sit with my bowls until then.

I have been dealing with injury after injury since December and am feeling pretty beat up to be honest. I know the power of the bowls and realized today that they have to come home after I finish the sessions for the day, something I have not been doing. I have been leaving them in the space I rent and now know that just 1 or 2 at home doesn’t quite work for me.

So off I went to collect them and re-create my beautiful space around them. Ahhhhh, life’s simple beauty.

The Universe guides us
It places moment in our life that seem unexplainable.

Sitting on a beach on a tropical island I had the most profound experience tonight.

We are in a very quiet area and our Air bnb condo unit seems to have few others in it. Not a soul in sight for as far as I could see in either direction but directly in front of our unit on the beach is this soulful woman playing a drum; whispering to it as the waves roll to the shore. Her power and grace filled my soul and I was in awe of her freedom. As she concluded her rhythmic chant, she placed all her musical instruments back into her bag, she sat for a bit and then, raising her arms to her sides, howled a beautiful howl at the earth, air and wind that surrounded her.

I attended my 2nd full moon session a few weeks back with the beautiful Jacqueline from .beautifullife her space invited me to lay bare my truest thoughts and I was safe to be me. Since then, the freedom of self has been profound. The people, experiences, moments that have come into my life have been awe inspiring on so many levels. Like tonight, the universe continues to guide me with powerful messages.

I am so grateful I have arrived in a place where I am able to see and hear them.

My heart is open, grateful and free
