Each soul is sacred and precious. It's is on a journey of discovery and it is allowed to discover, but it is loved each step of the way.

Happy Birthday week to myself! I turn 49 on Sunday! Grateful for all the opportunities life has given me in the form of challenges triumphs and the amazing and infamous people I have met along the way!

🧘‍♀️ I Practice Stillness

The means being in the moment, it also means stillness of mind. Your thoughts should not race through your head every moment of tge day and night without end. You should be able to have moments when you are simply not thinking anything. You are just being, taking in the world around you with no judgment. When anxiety, ego and old beliefs are integrated, you experience stillness and there is deep peace and happiness in this blissful quiet.

Meditation, journaling and simply gazing outside, practicing just being, is a good way to start and noticing what your mind is trying to push on you during these moments. Work on directing your mind to be calm and still. It takes practice, but you break the ego and anxiety cycle this way.
