Did you know that requisitions expire? You have 12 months from the issue date to get your bloodwork done. After that, you will have to see your provider for another requisition for your lab service, like your bloodwork, urine testing or stool testing.
Is your requisition a repeat? Weekly? Monthly? Quarterly? As needed? They still expire after 12 months!
If you need your bloodwork done, come see us !
