When your Physician has requested your laboratory testing ( bloodwork, urine testing, etc), please request the paper copy of your requisition before you end your physicians appointment.
Our Blood Collection sites currently do not have access to the CorCare system.
Please request your physicians office to fax your orders directly to us or provide you with a paper copy. Another option, your physicians office can email your orders to you, when you register with our receptionist, she will provide you with an email address to send your orders to,then print the orders for you.
Walk-in service open 7am.
