Meet the Team - Holly Smith, RMT

Holly has been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist for over 12 years. She graduated from the massage therapy program at Academy Canada in 2012.

Holly uses a variety of techniques such as deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, general Swedish massage and a focus on relaxation. She is also trained in Cupping Therapy.

Holly performs detailed assessments to tailor each treatment to the specific needs of the client and is passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.

One of two chiropractors at 365 Wellness, Dr. Collins brings a fresh perspective to our team. She offers a wide range of treatment options, including spinal manipulative therapy, mobilizations, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and exercise prescription. By tailoring each care plan to the unique needs of every patient, she delivers the highest quality care.

You can see Dr. Collins in clinic Tuesday through Friday.
