Please note

We will be following Eastern Health’s guidelines/mandate on masking in the clinic!

We are asking that all patients please wear a mask starting today, November 3, 2025 when visiting our clinic! This is in accordance with the Eastern Health’s guidelines and to help reduce the spread of illnesses during our flu season!

We do ask that you bring your own mask (medical or cloth) whenever possible!

Summerhill Medical Clinic is having computer issues today… we do not have internet and therefore do not have access to our electronic medical records

Some appointments will have to be rescheduled as we cannot access your charts

We ask if you have an appointment today to please call in advance to check to see if there are any issues with your appointment time and if we do have to cancel your appointment we will reschedule you as soon as the internet is up and running

We are sorry for the inconvenience and have Bell working on our issue as we speak

The state of emergency for the town of CBS has been lifted, therefore the clinic will open for regular hours tomorrow, September 4, 2025.

All regularly scheduled appointments will go ahead as usual! We appreciate your patience!

Due to the continued state of emergency in the Town of CBS related to the water shortage, our office will remain closed this morning, September 3, 2025.

Anyone with an appointment for today will be contacted by our staff (today) with the option to switch to virtual care/telephone appointment or to be rescheduled for another in-person visit.

We appreciate your patience at this time and we will provide further updates once the town of CBS updates us.
