Summerhill Medical Clinic is having computer issues today… we do not have internet and therefore do not have access to our electronic medical records

Some appointments will have to be rescheduled as we cannot access your charts

We ask if you have an appointment today to please call in advance to check to see if there are any issues with your appointment time and if we do have to cancel your appointment we will reschedule you as soon as the internet is up and running

The state of emergency for the town of CBS has been lifted, therefore the clinic will open for regular hours tomorrow, September 4, 2025.

All regularly scheduled appointments will go ahead as usual! We appreciate your patience!

Due to the continued state of emergency in the Town of CBS related to the water shortage, our office will remain closed this morning, September 3, 2025.

Anyone with an appointment for today will be contacted by our staff (today) with the option to switch to virtual care/telephone appointment or to be rescheduled for another in-person visit.

We appreciate your patience at this time and we will provide further updates once the town of CBS updates us.

Sunmerhill Medical Clinic phone lines will re-open at 1pm today!

We will be resuming in-person care tomorrow, Friday, August 15, 2025!

We will re-evaluate as the wildfire updates are available!

Summerhill Medical Clinic will remain closed tomorrow, August 13, 2025, due to the ongoing issues with wildfires and evacuation risk.

We will provide virtual care only.

Any patients scheduled for tomorrow will be contacted and switched to either a virtual/telephone visit, or if preferred, rescheduled to an in-person visit when the clinic reopens.

Please be patient as we navigate this difficult time and prioritize the safety of our patients and staff!

Due to the ongoing forest fire, the clinic will remain closed today!

Some of our staff as well as our patients live within the zones at risk for evacuation today. The safety of our patients and staff are of our top priority.

If you have an appointment scheduled, our staff will reach out to you to reschedule!

Summerhill Medical Clinic would like to advise our patients that we are closed tomorrow, Monday, June 23, 2025 for the Discovery Day holiday. We will open again at 8:30 am on Tuesday, June 24th!
