Tamara treats a wide range of conditions, but has a particular interest in migraines, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, back pain, overuse injuries, and chronic pain conditions.

Tamara’s approach is holistic and client-centred, focusing on relieving tension, supporting nervous system regulation, and improving posture while addressing the patient’s individual needs. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space.

With a background in professional cooking and competitive sports, Tamara brings a strong work ethic, fine motor skills, and a deep appreciation for body mechanics to her practice.

✨If you are injured at work, it’s important to report the injury to your employer immediately & obtain a WSBC claim number.

The next step is to call us to book your Initial Physiotherapy appointment and begin your recovery journey as soon as possible!

We are a WorkSafe BC Physiotherapy Provider which gives us the ability to check the status of your claim and direct bill.

If your claim is accepted:

▫️Within 60 days from the date of injury, you are eligible for 15 PHYSIOTHERAPY sessions without any referral or approval required.

▫️Greater than 60 days from the date of injury, prior approval required.

If your claim is pending:

▫️You are eligible for one Physiotherapy Initial Assessment, which can be helpful with speeding up your claim pending status .
