🎃 Pumpkin + sleep, who knew? 💤

Pumpkin (and especially pumpkin seeds) actually pack some sleep-friendly nutrients:

Tryptophan → An amino acid that helps your body make serotonin (for mood) and melatonin (for sleep).

Magnesium → Calms the nervous system and helps muscles relax — a key player in falling asleep.

Zinc → Works with tryptophan to support melatonin production.

Complex Carbs (pumpkin flesh) → Help tryptophan cross into the brain more effectively.

So while pumpkin pie might not be a magic sleep aid (sugar crash included 😅), roasted pumpkin seeds or pumpkin dishes earlier in the evening could give your sleep a natural boost.
