Movement doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes, a walk is exactly what your body and mind need.

Here’s why a daily walk is a game-changer:

Your hips do more than just move your legs — when they’re weak, everything else pays the price!

🚨 Knee Pain (Runner’s Knee & IT Band Syndrome):
Weak hips = poor leg alignment = extra stress on the knees, causing pain, inflammation, and instability.
