Before: Taking half-days off work for separate physio appointments, massage appointments, kin appointments... trying to remember who said what... playing phone tag to book everything.

After: Show up Tuesday. See physio, then massage. Show up Friday. See kin, then acupuncture. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Everything's scheduled for the month.

That's it. That's the whole system.

If you have a Care Coordinator: They write the appeal. They provide documented evidence. They reference clinical guidelines. They fight for you.
