Our bodies need essential vitamins and minerals every day to operate smoothly and carry us through life. We can harness this through a nutrient-rich, balanced diet of fruit, vegetables, and protein. 🌱🍎🍌🥑🥕💪
However, today’s eating habits, soil erosion, and use of pesticides and drugs in food, often lack the essential nutrients gifted by Mother Nature.
