This Friday, we’re proud to present the Coquitlam Express Breast Cancer Awareness Game💗

All funds raised will be donated to the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation’s Ar**la Tattoo Clinic, supporting a local breast cancer initiative that is so close to our hearts — a cause that’s touched so many of our lives, both personally and professionally.

In a true show of unity and community spirit, the Coquitlam Express, Langley Rivermen, yours truly, and the Coquitlam U18 A1 Team have each pledged to donate $200 for every goal scored during the game.

On top of that, $2 from every ticket purchased through *our link* will also be donated.

Don’t miss: 50/50 tickets and pink cotton candy… pink, of course! And more meaningful surprises in store.

Constipation 💩 More common than you think…. and, that’s right, your pelvic floor plays a BIG role.

Constipation doesn’t just look like “not going every day.”

It can mean hard/dry stools, straining, or feeling like you haven’t fully emptied.

And that straining? Your pelvic floor’s worst nightmare. Straining puts pressure on your pelvic floor → which over time can contribute to prolapse, urinary leakage, and nobody’s favourite: hemorrhoids.

Tips that can help:
🌱 Add fibre + fluids (water is your FRIEND, friend)
đźš¶ Gentle movement
đź’¨ Relaxation + breathing
đź’ş Good toilet posture (a Squatty Potty or a foot stool is an absolute MUST in our books!)

Pelvic health physio can also help by teaching release strategies + improving pelvic floor coordination - so you can go more smoothly and with less strain.
