Yoga Generation is the first yoga studio in the Lower Mainland primarily offering aerial yoga - yoga in a hammock! We offer other types of yoga, including restorative yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, vinyasa flow yoga and hatha yoga. We believe in always learning and hold a variety of workshops and trainings in studio. The intention of the owners and instructors at Yoga Generation is to assist students in the development of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Yoga Generation offers a space where students are free to practice in a comfortable and judgement free atmosphere.
