My philosophy is one of bio-individuality...no one diet or lifestyle is right for everyone. We are unique individuals. Some bodies thrive on certain foods while those same foods would cause dis-ease for another body. Helping you discover which foods fuel your unique body and which foods inflame you is the basis of my practice.
