Zen Flower Acupuncture - Jenna Knight Acupuncturist, Wellness Writer, Tui Na Enthusiast, Animal Lover & Shutterbug Extraordinaire! My grandmother suggested that I try Acupuncture.

Quite a few years ago I got tired of dealing with the daily symptoms related to suffering from chronic illness. So I found myself a Registered Acupuncturist with a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine named (Clara Cohen) and booked my first consultation. With regular Acupuncture treatments and a diet change I was able to decrease my symptoms by roughly 80%. For me this is absolutely amazing because my symptoms were very hard to live with. I am very grateful for all of the guidance that has been given to me to improve my health and general wellness. Inspired by what has been done for me, I want to be able to pass this gift of wellness on to people as well.

It’s an all day learning type of day for me. At FLOW hosted by Eastern Currents Learning and I picked up a nice new toy using photobiomodulation red light therapy to assist in treating pain, along with other conditions.

Chen Pi- AKA Tangerine Peel tea is a great winter warming tea. It supports better digestion, better energy , clears phlegm and supports the immune system. This Tea is often used in Chinese medicine to heal colds, digestive disorders , asthma and arthritis. To make it: Use 1/2 of a tangerine peel and boil in water for 2 cups of tea!
