🚨 OT Coach Intro 🚨

Hi there! My name is Adam Charalambides, and I’m a Personal Trainer here at OT Performance & Rehab.

As both an athlete and coach, I’m passionate about the process and what it takes to improve — and I’m here to support you every step of the way in your athletic journey.

I grew up playing just about every sport my school offered, but hockey and lacrosse were always my main focus. In my senior year, I made the decision to attend The Hill Academy to specialize in lacrosse, which led to a scholarship at Rutgers University. There, I was fortunate to serve as a 3x team captain and earn All-American honors.

Now in my fourth year as a pro — with the Vancouver Warriors (NLL) and Carolina Chaos (PLL) — I’m still competing, learning, and growing. Coaching is also a big part of my life, including roles as Head Coach for the U19 Canada West National Development Team and with Fusion West Lacrosse 🥍

I originally majored in business at Rutgers, but back-to-back ACL tears in 2017 and 2018 kept me in the rehab room longer than expected — and ultimately sparked a new passion for human performance and movement. That experience led me to earn my NASM Personal Trainer Certification and dive deeper into what it truly means to train with purpose.

🚨 OT Coach Intro 🚨

Hello! My name is Jenna Bathgate and I am a strength and conditioning coach and kinesiologist at OT Performance & Rehab.

I have spent my life surrounded by sports, growing up with brothers who played high level hockey and competing in swimming and field lacrosse myself. My interest in kinesiology and training began as a result of seeing what it takes to thrive in the competitive hockey world.

After high school, I pursued a degree in kinesiology at McMaster University where I also spent a year as the trainer for the men’s football team. Through completing my degree and supporting the men’s football team I realized the importance of nutrition in supporting athletes’ performance. After completing my kinesiology degree, I attended the University of Guelph for a degree in applied human nutrition.

Since graduating, I’ve been working as a kinesiologist and athletic trainer for a variety of sports and populations. My passion is helping athletes perform to the best of their abilities by optimizing their training and nutrition habits in unison.

Fun fact about me: my grandfather was a professional hockey player and won a Stanley cup with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1963-64.

Hockey season may soon be wrapping up, but the work doesn’t stop! 💪 🏒

OT Performance & Rehab is kicking off a 13-week Hockey Performance Program to help players build an edge and dominate next season!

Program Details:
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:15-7:30 PM
• Up to 25 sessions between March 31 to June 25th
• Sessions start at $40 per session
• 14-18 years old

Join the OT Trenches Training Program, where you will:
• Master elite offensive line skills with Andrew Pierson, current CFL & BC Lions player 🏈
• Build strength, explosiveness, agility, and mobility through our specific strength & conditioning program 💪

Program Details:
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:45-6:15 PM
• January 27th - March 12th (7 weeks)
• 90 minutes per session
• 13-19 years old (Groups split based on age)

Early Bird Pricing Options:
