Here’s the thing: your rotator cuff is small. It’s meant to stabilize your shoulder, not handle all the heavy lifting on its own. If the bigger muscles around your shoulder aren’t doing their job, your rotator cuff ends up overworked… and that’s why pain keeps coming back.
