Someone had to say it. 🌶️
Avoiding your feelings might be the very thing keeping you stuck.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong
but because the body doesn’t forget what the mind tries to move past.
Unprocessed experiences don’t just disappear.
They show up as tension, restlessness, overthinking, and that constant low-level stress most people are walking around with.
This is where yoga is different.
It’s not about sitting and analyzing everything.
It’s about creating a space where breath and movement allow the body to process safely.
From a nervous system perspective, this is somatic work.
you’re giving your body a way to release what it’s been holding without forcing it.
That’s why people often feel lighter after class… even if nothing “big” happened.
Sometimes I choose chaos, and today felt like the right day for it.
