Had an amazing opportunity to visit the office of ROKband! These awesome people work with little ones who have misshapen heads (due to various reasons) to get them helmets to help with the reshaping process. The helmets are incredibly light yet very effective in what they do. I was able to be a guinea pig and learned that my head is pretty even! Thanks Mikaela and team for sharing what you do and for teaching me a ton of stuff!

Happy Canada Day everyone!! Hope you get to spend it celebrating this amazing country we get to call home! Me, I hiked to Quarry Rock with some friends, then we enjoyed an amazing honeysdoughnuts doughnut! Such a great way to start this beautiful day. Enjoy everyone!!!
