Sunday started our official break from all rep team sports. T played Spring basketball 🏀 for a travelling team this year (local, Calgary, Seattle and Vegas tournies). Kids and I just came back from Vegas; his last tournament of the season. T also was recently offered a spot for Burnaby SPL soccer ⚽️… for now: this mom taxi plans to take a breather for a couple weeks before it all ramps up again.

I haven’t had a chance to congratulate my babe for all her efforts this year playing with the U17 Burnaby Metro Fire 🔥, who took 2nd place at this years BC Provincials Cup at the end of June. ⚽️ She worked so hard at her team training sessions, with her personal cross-training efforts and nutrition, and it showed in her game.
