As we embrace the beauty of Autumn and the changing of the leaves -the season does not promise to yield the harvest that we had hoped for. Shorter days and darker nights sometimes increase feelings of loneliness or isolation. Perhaps you have lost a loved one and are heading into this new season alone. Maybe you are facing an illness, and the uncertainty is overwhelming. Perhaps you are navigating an unexpected parenting challenge that seemed to come out of nowhere. Maybe you are feeling tired and weary with balancing work and home life. Perhaps there is a difficult relationship that causes pain. Perhaps economic hardships have increased worry and anxiety. Maybe there is some unresolved traumatic experience that you’ve been putting off.
In this season of life, you do not have to face the challenge alone. Help is available and there is a way forward! Let’s journey together to help you feel whole again.
