The library now has a light therapy lamp available for in-library use while reading, studying, or relaxing.

Light therapy lamps are designed to mimic spring and summer light levels as a way to treat the "winter blues" or seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a type of depression with symptoms that include fatigue, lethargy, anxiety, and sleep disorders.​

The lamp is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please inquire at the desk.
