She began her career behind the scenes in 2000 as an administrator, learning the business from the ground up and gaining a deep understanding of the details that keep transactions moving smoothly. Driven by ambition and a genuine passion for Real Estate, Penny MacDonald stepped into the role of a licensed agent in 2009. Her knowledge, work ethic, and people-first approach quickly set her apart.
Never one to stand still, she continued to push forward, earning her broker’s license and expanding her role from trusted advisor to leader and mentor.
In 2015, her long-term vision became reality when she became the Owner of the very firm she helped build, and the Broker in 2017. Today, she leads with confidence, integrity, and firsthand experience in every role within the business. Having walked the path from administrator to agent to broker- owner, Penny MacDonald’s brings a rare perspective and deep respect for both the process and the people behind it.
