Another fabulous group of medical students finished up today! We have welcomed FIFTEEN learners at the clinic so far this year 👏👏👏

Congratulations Dr Osborne! 👏👏👏

We would like to recognize another hero in healthcare who was presented with a Guardian Angel award recently!

This award celebrates those who have made a significant difference in the lives of their patients, often going above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Perry Osborne has been recognized for his phenomenal patient care in the Emergency Department.

Dr. Osborne's nominator shared their experience and gratitude with us as follows: "You saw my son when he had a really bad infection in his feeding tube site. You were on call and we have had many wonderful experiences in your care. As always, you were very kind and gentle and you have a wonderful bedside manner. You are phenomenal with children with disabilities as I’ve observed with both of my children. I am very thankful for the wonderful care you provided my son that day when he was so sick. You will always be a Guardian Angel in my children’s eyes and mine!"

The Islaview Foundation 🌈 has a special place in our hearts. This amazing charity is preparing for their annual Islaview Day which is on May 23rd in Deer Lake.

Today is International Women’s Day. Yesterday we acknowledged the fantastic health professionals at our centre. Today we celebrate and thank the women who keep this place humming with their energy, enthusiasm and expertise. To all clinic support staff, we appreciate everything you do.
