Justine will be off for two weeks starting Monday getting ready to tie the knot 👰🏻‍♀️
Also Terri-Lynn will be off for a week soaking up some much needed summer fun with her son before school rears its ugly head 😂.
Matt will be here holding the fort down. Please note Justine and Terri-Lynn will not be responding to emails or phone calls while they are off.

Happy Friday Folks, We just wanted to take a moment to mention that the NL West SPCA are currently in need of additional funds to continue their wonderful work in the Bay of Island Community.

The wonderful folks at Speedy Glass Corner Brook and Speedy Glass Stephenville have made a generous donation and have challenged other businesses in the community to make donations as well! Hälsa Wellness accepts this challenge and we challenge other small businesses in the area to do the same!

Just 5 more days left in the Speedy Glass, NL West SPCA Business Challenge.

On June 16th, Speedy Glass Corner Brook/Speedy Glass Stephenville made a generous donation of $1,000 to the NL West SPCA. Together we launched the 30 day Business Challenge to match their donation. Our goal was to raise a total of $25,000.00 in 30 days. This will cover only about a quarter of our yearly veterinary bills that help us keep animals healthy.

Our veterinary care fund is critically low and all money raised during this challenge will go to helping the NL West SPCA rebuild that fund so we are able to get back into full operational capacity.

We understand that not everyone has $1000 to give and generosity comes in many ways. In the next 5 days for a donation of $250 up to $1,000 we will celebrate you along with our current challenge donors.

We've had a few responses already - but not enough, and we want to count you in as one of our supporters of this awesome celebration of community generosity and care.

With construction season in full swing, be sure to give yourself extra time to commute to and from your appointments.

In addition to construction at the intersection of O'Connell and University Drive, West Street is also having pavement resurfaced, so expect slower traffic over the next few days!
