We've been quiet lately but there has been lots happening behind the scenes!

Did you know our co-owner Chelsea sits on multiple board of directors, both regionally and provincially. One of which, is the Perinatal Mental Health Alliance NL which advocates for perinatal mental wellness and education.

We will share some exciting things that Chelsea and PMHANL are planning throughout the year!

We've been busy and are excited to share that we will once again be participating in CB Nuit!

Our project "How do you [stop] a Spiral will invite the public to share what they do to interrupt a thought spiral when they're upset by adding handprints and text to a larger collective piece.
