Happy Snowy Thursday ❄️

It’s been a while since I’ve jumped on here and updated anyone on what my scheduling is like. A big reason for that is that as of September I accepted a full time treaching position for the year at Academy Canada.

My schedule for the remainder of 2025 is booked with a lengthy cancellation list thanks to my wonderful clients. You guys have stuck by me and supported me despite having a slightly longer wait than usual and it is very much appreciated!

Booking is open for 2026 now and I am currently booking for February 21st. If you are wanting to book regular appointments, it is suggested that you book them 4-6 week in advance as my schedule is filling up quickly.

I have been, and will continue to do my best to accommodate anyone who reaches out but my clinic time is limited right now so I appreciate the understanding!

From my house to yours, I hope you all have a beautiful and joy-filled Christmas🎄 this time of year can be exciting and full of Joy but it can also be stressful and overwhelming. Take time this season to find joy in the small moments. Remember that we often put so much pressure on ourselves to please and show up when our bodies are crying out for slow, peaceful rest.

I hope you have the best Christmas. I hope 2026 if full of wonderful, beautiful things for you and your families. Thank you for your support and continued business🥰✨

I cannot believe I’m posting August apppintments already but time is flying and it has been busy 😅
