🏵️ Remembrance Day 🏵️ we pause in quiet gratitude for the service and sacrifice of our Service Members and Veterans.

We remember those we lost and hold space for those living with invisible wounds.

Mental-health challenges, chronic pain & injury are common amongst our brave service members. They all have had to sacrifice parts of their lives to keep our country safe and strong.

At Meridian Holistic Health Center, we honour this courage with compassionate with trauma-informed care. We offer Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy & Naturotherapy tailored to each person’s healing journey. ☮️ 38 Brook Street location is officially CLOSED! ☮️

☮️✨☮️79 Mount Brenard, Monday, Nov 3rd! ☮️✨☮️

We are also closed for the day for all services except a few online mental health appointments. Monday appointment reminders will be done, but we will not be able to answer the phone until Monday, so please reach out via email if needed, or book/ change appointments in your online account.

With us we are taking all the good energy, lessons, love and healing.

We leave any self doubt @ burn out behind. ☮️

Thanksgiving is more than the food 🤤, friends, family, and an extra day off — it’s a reminder to practice gratitude, every day. ☮️

When we make gratitude a habit, it changes how we move through life.

☮️ Life's so busy it's easy to forget about the everyday essentials that keep us grounded:

- clean water
- available food
- shelter and a warm bed
- good health and access to healthcare
- feeling safe in our community
- having a friend to share laughter with
- feeling loved & loving someone

It's Meridian Holistic Health Centers 5 year Anniversary!!!

Maybe I forgot because Danielle is on vacation, and she keeps this place going 😅 💖☮️ or because I have a lot on my mind...

But either way we are;

☮️ Incredibly grateful for You ☮️

Without your dedication to self care, self preservation and self improvement we wouldn't be here.

I read a quote the other day and I really felt it in my heart.

It read ' Every Client is a reminder that someone believes in you '

☮️ Without the support I've received over the years I wouldn't have had the confidence to start a business, or keep going on days when I wanted to give up. Just like a healing journey, the journey of entrepreneurship isn't always easy. Thank you 🙏

Can't forget to mention our amazing team we are incredibly grateful for. They have an endless love for learning, growing, and showing up as their authentic selves! 🕺💃🕺💃 So incredibly grateful to share these years with you!

We will have a little celebration when Danielle gets back from her well deserved vacation, because it wouldn't feel right to do it without her!
