I am alll set up in my office for individual Yoga Nidra/ crystal bowl sound healing sessions. Yoga Nidra, also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest is a profoundly relaxing practice which combined with the soothing frequencies of the singing bowls has the potential to shift you from the "flight or fright" state to a healing "rest and digest"state.
