There’s no easy way to say goodbye to something that has meant so much.

This business has been more than just work for me. It’s been a space built on connection, trust, and the privilege of supporting people through some of the most meaningful moments in their lives.

Making the decision to close hasn’t been simple. It’s one that came with a lot of reflection, but also a deep sense of knowing that it’s time for a new chapter.

To everyone who has been part of this journey in any way—thank you. Your support, trust, and kindness have meant more than I can express.

What I wish every new mom knew: starting consistent routines early can help your baby’s body learn when it’s time to sleep and wake. ✨

Predictable bedtime and morning routines help support the development of their natural melatonin, so when their body is ready, falling asleep becomes easier.

Simple steps, like a short bath, a book, and a lullaby at night, and daylight with gentle play in the morning, send cues to help their internal clock. Even small, consistent changes make a big difference over time.

Early in my nursing journey, I met women who dedicated their careers to supporting women through some of life’s most transformative seasons. I watched how they listened, guided, and advocated, and their passion shaped the direction of my own path.

Ten years later, I have the privilege of carrying that inspiration forward. Supporting women as they prepare for pregnancy, navigate birth, and transition into motherhood is the most meaningful work I know.

International Women’s Day feels especially special when you get to witness strength, courage, and transformation firsthand, both from the women who inspired me and the women I am honoured to care for today.

To the mentors who taught me and the patients who continue to teach me every day, thank you. 🤍✨

From an L&D nurse and mama coach, here’s what I’d tell you about night wakings

They are not always a sign of “bad sleep”

Often, they reflect
• Insufficient daytime intake
• Reverse cycling with more awake at night than day
• Growth spurts or developmental leaps
• Reflux or discomfort
• Immature circadian rhythm

Sleep and feeding go hand in hand.

Understanding both helps before changing schedules or routines

A thoughtful approach considers
• Age-appropriate awake times
• Feeding patterns and growth
• Sleep environment
• Developmental stage

Not every night waking needs intervention. Recognizing the underlying factors helps parents respond with confidence, compassion, and calm

Observing patterns and adjusting gently supports both baby and caregiver through this stage
