Not all lubricants are fertility friendly.
Some common lubricants and even saliva can affect s***m movement and survival by changing vaginal pH or damaging s***m in lab studies.
This can make it harder for s***m to reach the egg.

The good news is that lubricants labeled s***m friendly or fertility safe have not been shown to harm s***m and are considered safe when trying to conceive.

If lubricant is needed, choose one designed for fertility and avoid using saliva.

✨ Physical activity during pregnancy is linked to lower odds and severity of prenatal depression and anxiety, reduced stress, and improved quality of life.

In fact a meta analysis of the impact of exercise on pregnancy has shown high levels of activity can decrease the odds of developing prenatal depression by 32% and anxiety by 33%! 🏃‍♀️✨

💊Vitamin D is essential for supporting children’s bone health and immune systems—especially during the colder months! ❄️

Guidelines recommend all children start receiving vitamin D supplements shortly after birth.

Babies under 12 months should get 400 IU daily, and toddlers and older kids should get 600 IU.
