Each week you will learn about a limb of yoga, make connections with the natural world, complete an outdoor yoga practice, and reflect on your experience.
This journey is designed to reignite your connection with nature and guide you in creating a nature-infused yoga practice that you can take with you into the future. And it’s open to anyone who is interested in nature, sustainability, and the mind-body-spirit connection of yoga - whether you are a beginner or experienced yoga practitioner.
