Due to the virtual nature and group size there may not be opportunities to practice skills 1-on-1 during group like there is with the in-person version, program coordinator is working on ways to mitigate this difference.
Skills are grouped into 6 main topics and content will be adjusted post-intake based on common goals of participants:
• Communication - Autonomy, Boundaries, Consent, and Online Safety
• Time Management - Routine, Scheduling, and Sleep
• Self Care - Hygiene, Recognizing Burnout, Personal Wellness Plan
• Household - Safety, and Chores
• Meal Prep - Food Safety, Using Kitchen Appliances, and Making Simple Meals
• Finances - Spending, Saving, Budgeting
Completion of application does not guarantee a space, once form closes a follow-up message will be sent to the email address provided in the about scheduling an intake or being placed on the waitlist.
