Coming Up: Sound Healing & Candlelit Yoga Workshop 🎶🧘‍♀️🕯
If you've been craving some deep rest and relaxation, this event is for you!

Nicole and I are so pleased to announce that we are teaming up again on June 1st to bring you a totally blissful and rejuvenating workshop at CC Fitness Studio here in Corner Brook.

The workshop will run from 11am-2:30pm, and will include the following:

*One Hour of Sound Healing from Nicole's Heart & Sole with Crystal Singing Bowls
*One Hour of Candlelit Yoga (Open to all levels, including Beginner)
*Breathwork, Guided Meditation & Reflection
*Journaling Session & Open Discussion
*A Delicious Snack Spread, Coffee & Tea

Embark on a 4-Week Journey Starting Tuesday, April 9th!
Join me weekly on the mat for an hour of pure rest and relaxation at CC Fitness Studio 🧘‍♀️🕯

Release all your worries and tensions as you immerse yourself in a practice that offers a deep, gentle stretch and promotes mental tranquility. This beginner-friendly series of classes are slow paced, and all poses can be modified for those with injury/limitations.

You Will Need:
-A yoga mat
-A water bottle
-While no props are required, I recommend bringing a bolster, blanket, and/or pillow if you have them

In our workshop this weekend, our theme was Self Love. This means loving all versions of ourselves - not just the good and bright, but the darkest parts of ourselves, the versions that we've been that we didn't like, too.

One of the journal practices we gave our students was to write a love letter to themselves - whichever version from the past who needed it most.

Today's reflection, for all of you who choose to look inward, is to identify all of the past versions of you, to greet them with love in your heart and to work towards forgiving and accepting them. ❤️
