Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW)
MIAW, held annually during October, is Canada's national campaign aimed at enhancing awareness of mental illness and substance use health, reducing related stigmas, and highlighting the real experiences of those affected. For more information or to download campaign resources, visit camimh.ca/miaw.

Reach out to a friend who may be struggling, ask how they’re doing & offer support.
Be mindful of how you communicate about mental illness, su***de, & substance use. Check out this Language Matters resource to learn accurate & respectful language to help reduce stigma.

Join the Fall Hiking and Wellness Challenge:
