It’s uses range from the common cold, cough, upper respiratory infections to flu symptoms and upset stomach. Labrador tea might thin mucus to make it easier to cough. People take Labrador tea for sore throat, chest congestion, coughs, lung infections, and other chest ailments. They also take it for diarrhea, kidney problems, joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), headache, and cancer. Well its not everyday you find Chaga growing like this! Within a short hike i located 5 trees with chaga growing on them! Of course it was the one day i didn't bring my Harvesting tools with me!

One of my birch taps!

Day 4 here in the 2 week birch sap season and is the Birch Sap ever flowing today! Holy smokes!! 6L of sap already just from a few trees!

Once this 6L of sap is evaporated off i will be left with roughly 60ml of pure Newfoundland Birch Syrup!

Due to the huge amount of sap needed to make syrup, it will only be sold in small bottles and for a very limited time!
