Meet Michaella LaCour

Originally from St. John’s, Michaella is a Registered Massage Therapist and certified Yoga Teacher. She moved to Corner Brook in 2007 and fell in love with the natural beauty. Passionate about holistic healing, she focuses on releasing trauma from the body to promote pain relief and wellness for the mind, body, and soul.

Her journey began teaching yoga to children, which inspired her to complete a yoga teacher training and later pursue massage therapy. Michaella specializes in improving mobility and releasing tension from the body for individuals with chronic pain, physical limitations and stored trauma, using techniques such as therapeutic massage, yin yoga and restorative chair yoga.

In her free time, she enjoys painting, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with her three dogs.
