We recently had a major upgrade at the clinic, replacing 3 air conditioning units and 2 furnaces to improve comfort for our clients and staff. Huge shoutout to Shane and Jarod from Casey Mechanical, who got it all done in just 2 days with minimal disruption. The work was clean, professional, and smooth from start to finish.

In this video, Jenna—our resident physiotherapist—shows you two hip mobility drills that can help improve movement and reduce stiffness, especially if you sit a lot or feel tension in your lower body.

What you'll learn:

A 90-90 hip rotation drill to challenge and improve deep hip mobility (best if you're already fairly active)

A hip flexor lunge stretch with rotation to open up the front of the hip and improve pelvic alignment

These movements can make a big difference in how your hips feel and function—but remember, the 90-90 drill is more advanced. Take it slow and listen to your body!
