Happy New Year 💛

I took a little break from social media to rest, reset, and reconnect and I’m stepping into this year feeling refreshed and ready.

One intention I’m holding this year is to truly prioritize myself so I can better show up for my family and for all of the people I serve.

There are some really big things coming (this weekend is all about laying the foundation 👀), and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

I’m looking forward to supporting more births, welcoming new and returning faces into the treatment room, and continuing to walk alongside you on your journey.

Here’s to a beautiful year ahead ✨

The universe said YES!! ✨

And so did the panel of judges! 🎉

Gratitude doesn’t even begin to express how I’m feeling right now. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in the Starter Company Plus program this fall session and to be a recipient of their grant.

Not only has it been a privilege to learn from incredible business professionals, gain so much knowledge, and be supported by the amazing team at the Cornwall Business Enterprise Centre. It has truly been such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

This grant is not only an investment in Nurtured Holistics. It’s an investment in healthier families, stronger support systems, and better outcomes for women and families in our local community. I am so excited for what’s coming in 2026. We’ve grown so much this year, and even bigger, more beautiful things are ahead.

A huge shoutout to the for making this experience phenomenal, and to my business mentors, Doreen Ashton-Wagner at and Shannon Ferguson , for being such incredible supports throughout this year.

And to everyone else involved: family, friends, accountability partners, clients … I hope you know how much I appreciate you. 🫶

I can’t wait to share more in the new year about what’s to come.

Motherhood is beautiful… but it’s also messy, exhausting, and sometimes extremely lonely.

✨ Nurtured Connections is a 4-week gathering for moms who are ready to drop the filter and share it all! The highs, the lows, and everything in between.

This is a safe, unfiltered space to connect with other moms navigating the same or similar chapters. Together, we’ll hold honest conversations, exchange stories, and offer one another support and understanding.

Each week offers open discussions, gentle guidance, and a chance to feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
