You brought a tiny human into the world (superhero status unlocked), and now it’s time to focus on you! ✨
Join Registered Physiotherapist Audrey De Jong every Thursday at 10:00am for a fun, feel-good 45-minute workout designed just for postpartum Mums!
Rooted in Pilates-based training and designed to be low impact, our Pelvic Floor & Core Restore class is all about moving safely, regaining strength, and feeling amazing in your healing body — no workout experience needed! Audrey’s got your back with expert guidance and easy modifications to meet you where you're at. 🧘♀️
Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat using body weight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Of course, your baby is welcome and encouraged to join!
