I have the privilege of giving a quick chat on Sunday afternoon for the PEI Advisory Council on the Status of Women.
I do want to note that there are many exceptional pelvic PTs on this little island, not just me!

Did you know PEI has a physiotherapist who specializes in women's pelvic floor and breast health? How fortunate are we that Paige Martin is coming to speak to us at our IWD celebration this Sunday!

Paige Martin is a pelvic floor physiotherapist and the owner of PEI Pelvic and Breast Health Inc. in Cornwall. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education from the University of New Brunswick, as well as a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Five years ago, she opened the only physiotherapy clinic in PEI that exclusively treats pelvic health conditions.

She is passionate about educating the population about pelvic health and creating a space where everyone feels valued and welcome. Paige and her family live in the rural community where she was raised. When not at work, she enjoys running, sailing, snowboarding, and spending time with her family on their hobby farm.

The survey is an opportunity for women across the Maritimes to share their stories, and shape the future of healthcare.
