*** New to the Reformer? The Monday Foundation Class is the prerequisite class before attending any regular Reformer Classes. This class offers training on how to use the equipment safely & studio etiquette on the equipment including an intro workout on the reformer!

Please note: Grippy Socks are required on the reformer at all times 🧦 (don’t worry, we sell them at the studio between $10-$15 if you don’t have any)
