Did you know a Nurse Practitioner can diagnose and treat medical conditions without the supervision of a doctor?

Nurse Cara can send blood requisitions, referrals for diagnostic testing, order prescriptions and much more.

Currently across Canada there is a shortage of doctors which means long wait times, the unavailability of family practitioners and many more challenges in the health care system.

Currently, we are accepting new patients to those who do not have family practitioners, soon will not have a family practitioner or those who would like to switch from their current practitioner to Nurse Cara.

Unfortunately, not all Nurse Practitioners are covered by OHIP, for our services, there is a $150 consultation fee which covers an extensive review of your medical history with Nurse Erin, RPN as well as your annual physical with Nurse Cara, NP and a $300/year fee to develop a plan for the care provided by Nurse Cara, NP as well as any follow ups required. Patients under the age of 18 will have the consultation fee waived.
