During our nature walk, I was reminded of their simple yet profound wisdom. I am always grateful for the opportunity to create a calm space for reflection, connection and creativity. One thing I have learned over the years is to pace myself. After all, it takes a lifetime to become who we are meant to be. Thank you for another great year. Here’s to many more, Kelly
