Hello Everyone! I would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all of you for filling my days with meaningful conversations. I was hoping to hold some quiet space and time where we could think out loud or just breathe and be in peace. Much more than a side-quest, it is the daily practice of social-work—and it can’t be done alone. Each and every one of you, in your own way, helped me to create this supportive environment. So here’s to 2026 and cultivating the beautiful space between self-acceptance and becoming.

During our nature walk, I was reminded of their simple yet profound wisdom. I am always grateful for the opportunity to create a calm space for reflection, connection and creativity.
