✨ What a wonderful day with our Social Gathering group! ✨

Today was filled with laughter, stories, games, and even some amazing craft projects where members shared their talents 🎨🧵. This joyful group always brings such positive energy and smiles to the room!

On the menu: baked spaghetti, fresh garden salad, and a sweet mixed fruit salad 🍝🥗🍓—the perfect fuel for an afternoon of fun and connection.

We’re so grateful for the warmth, laughter, and creativity this group brings each time we meet 💕.

❤️ Free Heart Screening Clinics – September 30th ❤️

Seaway Valley Community Health Centre is hosting two heart screening clinics on Tuesday, September 30th at our Cardiac Rehabilitation Office (1302 Second Street West, Cornwall).

🔹 Heart Valve Screening (Ages 65+)
🔹 Heart Health Screening (Ages 40–65)

👉 These clinics are for individuals who do not have a primary care provider or have not been previously diagnosed and treated for a heart condition.

We will return your call to complete a short eligibility questionnaire over the phone.
