What you need to do:
Please ensure we have your current email address and preferred mobile phone number on file.

If you do not use email or a cell phone, we can:

Add a trusted family member’s contact (with your consent), or
Provide printed reminders when needed

Thank you for your support as we improve our services. If you have questions, please speak with our team at your next visit or call us.

🌍 World Health Day – April 7

Each year, World Health Day reminds us of the importance of caring for our health and supporting the well-being of those around us. This global day of awareness, led by the World Health Organization, highlights how small, everyday actions can make a big difference in our overall health.

This year’s theme focuses on the idea that everyone deserves access to the care and support they need to live healthy, fulfilling lives.

Whether it’s going for a walk, connecting with others, eating nourishing foods, or taking time to rest—every step toward better health matters.

💚 Let’s take a moment today to check in with ourselves and encourage one another to make health a priority—today and every day.

💙🤍💖 March 31 – Transgender Day of Visibility 💖🤍💙

On March 31, we recognize Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) — a day to celebrate the lives, achievements, and contributions of transgender people, while also raising awareness about the discrimination, poverty, and violence many in the community continue to face.

TDOV was created in 2010 by advocate Rachel Crandall to shift the focus from stories centered only on tragedy and instead highlight joy, resilience, and community. At the same time, the day acknowledges that not every trans person can or wants to be visible due to safety and personal reasons.

Media representation plays a powerful role in shaping understanding. For many people, film, television, and news are their primary exposure to transgender stories — which makes authentic, accurate, and diverse representation so important. When trans voices are excluded or misrepresented, it affects how communities understand and support one another.

Despite ongoing challenges, acceptance continues to grow through education, personal connection, and shared stories.

Today is an opportunity to:
✨ Celebrate trans lives and leadership
✨ Listen to and uplift trans voices
✨ Commit to kindness, inclusion, and respect

Visibility matters. Representation matters. Community matters. đź’›
